Produced from vineyards located exclusively within the commune of Gavi, where calcareous clay soils and gentle slopes create optimal ripening conditions.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections
Nose: Delicate aromas of white flowers, pear, green apple, and citrus zest
Palate: Fresh, clean, and mineral-driven with a balanced acidity and crisp finish
