We sell and deliver wine only to individuals aged 18 or over. You must confirm your age at checkout.
At delivery, the courier will request a valid photo ID and a secure PIN code to release your order.
Currently, we deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
We do not ship internationally or to Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.
Your order will be shipped with DPD Local and includes:
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Delivery takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Yes. At checkout, you can leave delivery instructions (e.g. safe place, neighbour, or pickup point).
⚠ For orders over £500, a signature will be required and safe place delivery is not allowed.
DPD will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If no one is available, they’ll leave a card with instructions to reschedule or collect from a local pickup point.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saragei@doublesseltd.co.uk with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the case.
You can return unopened bottles within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be in their original condition. Return costs are at your expense unless the wine is faulty.
If a bottle is faulty (e.g. corked or spoiled), we’ll replace or refund it.
If you simply didn’t enjoy it, let us know — we want you to be happy and we’ll do our best to help.
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/email from DPD with live tracking and a 1-hour delivery window.
You can also download the DPD app to manage delivery options.
