3. Age Restriction & Responsible Alcohol Sales
We do not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- The recipient of the goods is also at least 18 years old
- You will provide a valid form of ID if requested at the time of delivery
Delivery will require a secure PIN and proof of age. If verification is not possible, delivery will be refused, and no refund issued.
Drink responsibly. Government guidelines advise:
- Men: no more than 3-4 units of alcohol per day
- Women: no more than 2-3 units per day
4. Modifications to Service and Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
5. Products and Availability
We strive to ensure that product information, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that descriptions, images, or colours on your device will always reflect reality. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
In the event of a pricing or product description error, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the corrected price. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days, we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a refund.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
Your submission of an order does not constitute a contract. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed only when goods are dispatched.
We may refuse orders for various reasons, including:
- Out-of-stock items
- Failed payment authorisation
- Pricing or description errors
- Failed customer verification
7 . Payments
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and all major credit/debit cards. All transactions are in GBP and include VAT. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Promotional codes apply only under stated terms.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom using DPD Local.
- Flat rate: £7.99 per order
- Free delivery for orders over £100
Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch
Delivery includes tracking, a 1-hour time window, and in-flight options via DPD. A secure PIN code and photo ID may be required upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide either, the parcel will not be delivered.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions or incorrect address details. We are not liable for such delays.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, per UK consumer law. Items must be:
- Unopened and in original condition
- Returned at your expense unless faulty
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return. Non-refundable items include:
- Opened bottles
- Personalised products

10. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We may offer a refund or replacement.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Doublesse Limited or licensed to us. It may not be copied, reproduced or exploited without permission.
12. Liability and Indemnity
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, government action, natural disasters, or failure of suppliers or delivery services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.
