Vinification:
Grapes are softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve freshness and delicate aromatics. A brief period on fine lees adds balance and roundness.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights
Nose: Fresh and floral, with notes of pear, green apple, and white blossom
Palate: Light-bodied, crisp, and clean, with lively acidity and a refreshing finish

Faulty or Damaged Goods
