Zabù Grillo Sicilia DOC
This vibrant Grillo is produced from grapes grown in Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento. The limestone soils and proximity to Lake Arancio provide excellent drainage, while high elevation sunshine brings concentrated aromas balanced with crisp, vibrant acidity.

Vinification & Ageing:
Soft pressing in reduction, fermentation at low temperatures to preserve aroma, and ageing in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes:
Bright straw yellow with golden highlights. Fresh, mineral aromas with hints of yellow flowers, peaches, and citrus fruits. Full-bodied and savoury with mineral notes and a lightly bitter finish.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with fish dishes (especially crab), fresh cheeses, light risotto, cous cous, fish soup, and smoked fish.
Serving Temperature:
10-12°C.
