An expressive and refined red from the cool climate of Patagonia, this Pinot Noir delivers finesse, freshness, and distinctive varietal character.

Region: Patagonia, Argentina
Grown in the Neuquén region at high altitudes, where the cool temperatures and alluvial soils with good drainage contribute to vibrant acidity and elegant aromatics.
Vinification & Ageing:
Manual harvest with gentle pressing and cold maceration. Fermented at controlled temperatures to enhance fruit expression, then partially aged in French oak barrels for 6 to 9 months for added complexity.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Light ruby red with brilliant clarity
Nose: Notes of red cherry, raspberry, and subtle rose petal, with hints of earthy spice and toast
Palate: Silky and balanced with lively acidity, delicate tannins, and a smooth, savoury finish
Food Pairing:
Ideal with mushroom risotto, duck breast, grilled salmon, or aged cheese boards.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
