A lively sparkling red wine from the Sorrento Peninsula, crafted with indigenous grapes grown under the warm sun and cooled by the sea breeze, evoking the effervescence and energy of volcanic eruptions from Mount Vesuvius.
Grape Varieties:
40% Piedirosso (locally known as Per’ e Palummo), 40% Aglianico, 20% Sciascinoso
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep ruby red with a dense, colourful foam that slowly dissipates
Aroma: Fruity and vinous, with vibrant freshness
Palate: Soft, smooth, and slightly sparkling, with a pleasantly vinous flavour
Food Pairing:
Perfect with cured meats, cheeses, Sicilian pasta dishes, and especially traditional Neapolitan pizza.

Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch
Delivery includes tracking, a 1-hour time window, and in-flight options via DPD. A secure PIN code and photo ID may be required upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide either, the parcel will not be delivered.
