Vinification:
Gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. A short maturation enhances softness and balance.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw yellow
Nose: Subtle notes of white flowers, citrus, and green apple
Palate: Light-bodied and refreshing, with balanced acidity and a clean, crisp finish
Food Pairing:
