Grape Variety: 100% Malbec
Vinification:
Grapes are harvested at optimal maturity, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve aromatics and colour. A brief ageing in oak lends subtle spice and roundness.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep ruby red with violet highlights
Nose: Intense aromas of blackberry, plum, and dark cherry with light touches of vanilla and sweet spice
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with soft tannins, juicy fruit, and a smooth, velvety finish
Food Pairing:
Perfect with grilled meats, empanadas, stews, and semi-hard cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 16–18°C
