Vinification:
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature to preserve the purity of the fruit, followed by brief maturation in tank to enhance smoothness.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep ruby red with purple reflections
Nose: Intense aromas of red berries, black cherry, and hints of spice
Palate: Medium-bodied and juicy, with lively acidity, smooth tannins, and a pleasantly fruity finish
Food Pairing:
Perfect with pasta dishes, grilled meats, charcuterie boards, and semi-aged cheeses.
