Sourced from vineyards on the morainic hills near Lake Garda, where the mild microclimate and gravelly soils enhance aromatic purity and finesse.
Vinification:
Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then destemmed and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness. Brief maceration allows gentle colour extraction and soft tannins.

Nose: Fragrant notes of red cherry, raspberry, and floral hints
Palate: Light-bodied and smooth, with fresh acidity and a fruit-forward finish
Food Pairing:
