Region: Barolo, Piedmont, Italy
Sourced from select hillside vineyards within the Barolo DOCG area, where calcareous clay soils and long growing seasons deliver complexity and power.
Vinification & Ageing:
Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by extended maceration on the skins. The wine is aged for at least 18 months in traditional large oak barrels and further refined in bottle before release.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Garnet red with brick-orange hues as it ages
Nose: Aromas of dried cherry, rose petals, leather, and subtle spice
Palate: Full-bodied and dry, with firm tannins, layered fruit, and a long, savoury finish
Food Pairing:
Perfect with braised meats, mushroom risotto, truffle dishes, and aged Italian cheeses.
