Chianti Classico DOCG “Poggio Civetta”
This elegant Chianti Classico is crafted from 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, grown on steep slopes in Greve in Chianti, the heart of Tuscany. Sandy soils, cool nights, and long growing seasons lend refined aromas and structure to this wine.

Greve in Chianti, Tuscany. Steep hillside vineyards with sandy soils, ideal microclimate.
Vinification & Ageing:
Hand-harvested from mid-September to mid-October. Gentle pressing, maceration on skins for 1-2 weeks for colour and polyphenol extraction. Aged 9 months in barriques and large oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby red. Elegant bouquet with wild berries and violet, finishing with subtle spice. Dry, fresh, full-bodied with pronounced tannins.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with aromatic Tuscan dishes, bistecca alla Fiorentina, and aged cheeses.
