Grape Composition:
30–40% Pinot Noir • 30–40% Meunier • 20–30% Chardonnay
(Includes 20–30% reserve wines for consistency and depth.)
Region: Champagne, France – sourced from over 100 carefully selected Crus, including Premier and Grand Cru villages.
Vinification:
Crafted using traditional Champagne methods, with second fermentation in bottle and a minimum of 24 months ageing on lees to develop complexity and finesse.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale golden yellow with fine, persistent bubbles
Nose: Fresh apple, citrus fruit, and white flowers, enriched by notes of brioche, hazelnut, and fresh pastry
Palate: Lively and well-balanced, with crisp acidity, creamy mousse, and a refined, clean finish

Ideal as an aperitif or with sushi, oysters, white meats, and soft cheeses.
