Bollinger Special Cuvée
A timeless Champagne crafted with depth, complexity, and unmistakable character. Special Cuvée is the signature expression of Maison Bollinger – powerful, elegant, and wonderfully refined.
Grape Composition:
60% Pinot Noir • 25% Chardonnay • 15% Meunier
Includes over 85% Grand and Premier Cru fruit and up to 40% reserve wines, some aged for over 10 years.
Region: Champagne, France – primarily from the Montagne de Reims.
Vinification:
Fermentation takes place mainly in oak barrels, preserving the wine’s structure and aging potential. Aged a minimum of 3 years on the lees, significantly longer than required by the appellation.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Golden with fine, persistent bubbles
Nose: Complex aromas of roasted apple, brioche, and spice, with hints of dried fruits and fresh walnut
Palate: Full-bodied and creamy, yet fresh and precise. A harmonious balance between structure, length, and finesse
Food Pairing:
Exceptional with lobster, roast poultry, mushroom risotto, or firm aged cheeses. Also perfect as a bold aperitif.
Serving Temperature: 10–12°C

Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch
Delivery includes tracking, a 1-hour time window, and in-flight options via DPD. A secure PIN code and photo ID may be required upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide either, the parcel will not be delivered.

- Returned at your expense unless faulty
