Grape Composition:
Approximately equal parts Pinot Noir & Chardonnay (exact blend undisclosed)
Region: Champagne, France – exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards.
Vinification:
Produced only in exceptional years. The wine matures on lees for a minimum of 8 years to reach its first Plénitude — the moment of perfect harmony between fruit, structure, and minerality.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Brilliant pale gold with vibrant, persistent bubbles
Nose: Elegant and evolving, with aromas of citrus peel, white stone fruit, toast, and fresh almond
Palate: Complex and layered — silky yet energetic, showing notes of apricot, brioche, hazelnut, and a saline, mineral edge. The finish is long, refined, and luminous
Food Pairing:
Perfect with lobster, scallops, fine poultry, caviar, or truffle-infused dishes. Also exceptional on its own for iconic celebrations.

Delivery includes tracking, a 1-hour time window, and in-flight options via DPD. A secure PIN code and photo ID may be required upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide either, the parcel will not be delivered.
