Sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, predominantly from the Montagne de Reims area, renowned for its exceptional Pinot Noir.
Vinification:
Produced using the rare saignée method, which involves macerating the grape skins to extract colour and aromatic depth. No blending with red wine, ensuring purity and intensity. Aged for a minimum of 5 years in cellars before release.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Salmon pink with fine and persistent bubbles
Nose: Expressive aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry, and black cherry
Palate: Rounded and delicate, with fresh red fruit notes, crisp acidity, and a refined, lingering finish
