Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch
Delivery includes tracking, a 1-hour time window, and in-flight options via DPD. A secure PIN code and photo ID may be required upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide either, the parcel will not be delivered.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We may offer a refund or replacement.
