A refined white wine from Piedmont, Villavecchia Gavi DOCG is made exclusively from Cortese grapes grown in the hills around the town of Gavi — an area famed for freshness, minerality, and elegance.

Vinification:
Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Short ageing on fine lees adds subtle texture while preserving freshness and purity.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections
Nose: Delicate floral aromas with hints of green apple, pear, and citrus zest
Palate: Crisp and mineral-driven, with balanced acidity and a clean, elegant finish
Food Pairing:
Perfect with seafood starters, shellfish, grilled vegetables, white meats, or light pasta dishes.
