Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
Vinification:
Grapes are gently pressed with brief skin contact to extract the blush pink hue. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness and delicate aromas.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale salmon pink
Nose: Fresh notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, and hints of citrus
Palate: Crisp and refreshing, with light red fruit flavours and a clean, smooth finish
Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif, or with light pasta dishes, seafood, summer salads, and soft cheeses.
