Lugana DOC “Cà Perlar”
This elegant Lugana is produced primarily from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, hand-picked to preserve their delicate freshness, with a small addition of Chardonnay and other old vines. It shows a pale straw colour and delivers concentrated aromas of exotic fruits such as apricots and nectarines.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced, offering richness and freshness in perfect harmony, with a lingering, elegant finish.

Grape Varieties:
Trebbiano di Lugana (main), Chardonnay, other old vines (small part).

Region / Vineyard:
Southern Lake Garda hills, on morainic soils with alluvial deposits – part chalky, part sandy gravel – ideal for Trebbiano.

Vinification & Ageing:
Hand-picked grapes are collected in crates and lightly dried to enhance fullness and elegance. After temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve fruit aromas, the wine rests briefly in barriques for added complexity.

Tasting Notes:
Pale straw colour. Aromas of apricot, nectarine, and tropical fruits. Full-bodied yet fresh and balanced, with a smooth, persistent finish.

Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with cold or ambient starters, fish dishes, white meats, and medium matured cheeses.

Serving Temperature:
10-12°C.
